Directions to 23 La Hacienda Del Golf and Levi Property Management Office, La Manga Club
From Murcia (San Javier airport)
Approximate driving time 30 minutes – 25kms/14 miles by car
On leaving the airport turn onto the main road and follow the signs to Cartagena. This will take you towards the motorway (AP7).
Go underneath the motorway and pick up the motorway. Follow the signs for the AP7 CARTAGENA. Continue along the AP7 for approximately 15Km.Take exit 800 onto the MU312 towards La Manga. Join the MU312 via a slip road – take great care when joining the main road from the slip road and make sure you get into the correct lane for LA Manga.
Continue along this road for approx 11 km, passing exits for La Union, Llana del Beal. You will see two red petrol stations (one on either side of the road) – take next exit right Junction 13, signposted Los Belones and La Manga (golf). At the roundabout take the first exit MU314, through the lemon groves to the golf courses.
Pass through La Manga Club fountains on either side of the road. Take the 2nd turning on the LHS (1st turning is to Golf Administration). The road winds around to the right, over a series of speed bumps and you will see a security barrier on the next LHS turn. Take this left turn and enter La Manga Club through the gate (it will take note of your car registration and the barrier will open).
Continue along this road, past the Principe Felipe Hotel on your LHS. The road bears around to the right past a car park and commercial centre (Caja Murcia and BBVA banks) and then bears around to the left (petrol station on RHS).
La Hacienda del Golf is on the right just past the petrol station, this is a sharp turn. Number 23 is on the left in the first block you come to.
We will arrange for the keys to be in a safe box on the wall of 23 Hacienda Del Golf.
Levi Villa Management is the property manager and they will leave contact information in the apartment. Their office is located not far away. Turn right just before the petrol station towards the ‘Si Bar’ which is less than 100 metres on the right. Levi Management is located in offices to the right of the car park.
