See below for weekly rates — please note minimum is normally one week Saturday to Saturday. However midweek to midweek is possible by request , as are long weekends and 10 day stays. We will try to be as flexible as possible particularly during off peak times ( take advantage of those cheaper mid-week flights with Ryanair, Monarch and Easyjet!). There is also a professional on-site property management service - Levi Management providing any service needs for your stay.

Additional information about rental rates
Rates include a welcome pack of basic groceries, apartment clean and linen change after one week ,departure cleaning and exclusive discounts for La Manga Club, the three golf courses and 28 tennis courts.
Rental rate discounts are available for repeat guests, second weeks (during low/mid season) and for late bookings - just ask in your email
Payment can be in British Pounds , Euro or US Dollar at prevailing rates . A security deposit may be required, based upon method of payment. We will hold dates free of charge while you book and confirm flights.
